Please do not submit special-category or highly sensitive data in free-text fields unless specifically requested and lawfully agreed.

The required checkbox confirms that you have read this Notice; it is not presented as the sole legal basis for every processing activity. The optional marketing checkbox is separate and never affects your ability to submit an enquiry.

Enquiries are delivered to authorised staff through the Telegram Bot API. The submission record includes the applicable notice version and timestamp but does not intentionally add your IP address or User-Agent to the lead message.

Necessary storage remembers your cookie choice. Yandex Metrica analytics and the Tawk.to support chat are off by default. They load only after you actively enable the relevant category. Continuing to browse is not consent. Details are in the Cookie Policy.

Providers receive only the data needed for their role and act under applicable contractual and legal safeguards. Personal data may also be disclosed where required by law or necessary to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.

Some providers may process data outside Montenegro or the country where you live. Where data protected by the GDPR is transferred to a country without an adequacy decision, the controller relies on an applicable transfer mechanism such as Standard Contractual Clauses and supplementary safeguards, or another lawful derogation where appropriate. Contact us to request information about the safeguard used for a particular transfer.

Data is deleted or anonymised when no longer needed, unless a longer period is required by law or necessary for legal claims.

• contract records: for the contract term and applicable statutory accounting, tax and limitation periods;
• security logs: up to 12 months;
• marketing preference: until withdrawal, plus a minimal suppression record where needed to honour the withdrawal;
• cookie choice: up to 12 months or until you change it.

We use access controls, encrypted transport, restricted credentials, software updates, backups and logging proportionate to the nature of the data. No Internet transmission can be guaranteed completely secure; incidents are handled under applicable notification requirements.

Email web@wmco.work with the subject “Privacy request”. Describe your request and provide enough information to locate the relevant record. We may verify your identity before disclosing or deleting data and will respond within the period required by applicable law.

Cookie consent can be changed through “Cookie Settings” in the footer. Marketing consent may be withdrawn by emailing web@wmco.work or using the unsubscribe method in a message. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of earlier processing or processing required on another legal basis.
